▍个人简介
1978年出生,2000年和2003年在云南大学分别获学士、硕士学位,2006年在南京大学获博士学位。其后在中国科学院物理研究所、美国普渡大学、香港大学从事博士后研究。2011年至2017年任中国科学院半导体研究所副研究员,2016年至2017年兼任中国科学院大学微电子学院副研究员。2018年任beat365中国官方网站物理与电子工程学院教授。具有硕士研究生招生资格和博士后招聘资格。
从事凝聚态物理、材料物理的理论和计算的研究。在Physical Review Letters, Physical Review B, New Journal of Physics, Applied Physics Letters等期刊上发表论文40余篇,涉及新奇量子材料、拓扑材料、二维材料、铁基超导体等材料中的量子输运、拓扑态和局域化等问题。
主持国家自然科学基金项目、子课题4项,培养博士生毕业2人,博士后出站3人。
